Recognizing my strength in illustration, I was often asked to create custom artwork for a variety of Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF) projects and campaigns. Among the most notable were illustrations for MAF’s 75th Anniversary campaign and the organization’s new website and “What We Do” landing page.
For the 75th Anniversary campaign, I used MAF’s secondary color palette to evoke a retro aesthetic that paid tribute to the organization’s early pilots — particularly the historic first contact made with an Amazonian tribe on a beach known as “Palm Beach.”
The illustrations were enthusiastically received by both donors and staff for their nostalgic tone and were featured across t-shirt and sticker designs celebrating MAF’s 75th Anniversary.
For MAF's newest website and their "What We Do" landing page, I created icons that were cohesive in style to showcase MAF's humanitarian aid services. Some of these services included disaster relief and providing vaccines to local villages. These icons were a success amongst users due to their engaging designs. The carousel effect also allowed users to interact with the icons and learn more about specific services MAF offers.
